Returns & refunds

2. Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original packaging and tags. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (like panties and open-crotch lingerie) are non-returnable once opened.
3. Return Process: Please contact us through our customer service email, providing your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
