Returns & refunds

- Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original packaging and tags. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (like panties and open-crotch lingerie) are non-returnable once opened.

- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
